Configure BFD Attributes by Feature Template

Task: Configure Feature template BFD and put following attributes:

• App-Route Multiplier: 3
• Poll Interval: 10000

Now attach this BFD template to existing previously configured Branch2-Template and attach to BR2-VEDGE1.

Solution:

Login to vManage | Configuration | Template and Select the Feature Template | Add Template

Select the Template Type BFD | vCloud Cloud

Name Template dclessons-br2-BFD and under user Configuration select App-Route Multiplier: 3 and Poll Interval is 10000 and save the Feature Template

Now Login to vManage | Configuration | Template | Device Template | Branch2-Template and edit

Under BFD section Select dclessons-br2-BFD and update

Attach this template to BR2-VEDGE1 router and once device template is attached successfully, login to vEdge router and verify
