How to do AI Endpoint Analytics

Task

In this we will learn to analyze the data gathered from Cisco packages such as its Identity Services Engine, Software Defined Application Visibility and Control, wireless LAN controllers or third part third-party components. This can help to identify common characteristics between endpoints that can form the basis for group classification, segmentation and policy setting.

Solution

Go to Policy | AI Endpoint Analytics

Point out the Total Endpoints dashlet.

The Total Endpoints section shows the total number of endpoints. These are endpoints that have either connected to your network, been manually registered or imported from your configuration management database.

Fully profiled endpoints have entries for Endpoint Types, OS Type, Hardware Model, and Hardware Manufacturer. Endpoints with missing profile labels are missing at least one of these fields.

Click on Endpoint Inventory tab.
